Terms And Conditions Of Booking

Please read and understand all the information before you sign the reservation form. It is important you read the information on the brochure as this forms a contract with Holiday Rock.

Wristbands

Where wristbands are provided, please wear them at all times. This enables us to monitor that only our customers are enjoying the facilities we have provided for the event. Security will refuse entry to persons not doing so. Those having legitimate cause to refrain from wearing a wristband must have a doctor£s certificate to confirm such a cause. WARNING! Replacement for lost wristbands will incur a charge of £100 per person.

You must pay the balance of the holiday by the date on the confirmation invoice. We will not send a reminder. Unpaid cheques will be charged at £30.

All bookings, deposits and monies are non-transferable.

If on arrival at an event it is discovered that a false booking has been made, we have the right to refuse entry and are not obliged to issue a refund.

Holiday Rock strongly advise that you obtain the correct and adequate travel insurance that include cover for cancellations, illnesses etc.

Holiday Rock cannot be held responsible, in any way, for loss of property & belongings at our events.

No pets permitted (Unless agreed prior to event).

Pontins booking conditions apply for Pontins events, alongside our booking conditions.

All cancellations made by you less than 72 days before the event, will be charged at the full balance rate.

Supplements will be charged for single rooms at the rate specified on the brochure, or on request when making a booking.

Children's rates are stated in the brochure or on request when making a booking. With the exception of working dogs for disabled people, we do not accept pets.

Check in and out times are in the brochure for the specified event.

We reserve the right to make changes to the programme and holiday if needed. Holidays and entertainment schedules are planned many months ahead and occasionally we have to change things that are beyond our control.

Should either you or us arrange a share with someone else due to lack of single rooms or for any other reason, we cannot be held responsible for incompatability.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel or postpone an event, due to insufficient numbers to make the holiday viable or due to circumstances beyond our control, an alternative event or voucher, valid for 2 (two) years for any future Holiday Rock UK event will be offered..We reserve the right to make that decision in all instances. Cancellations by you will only be accepted once received in writing. The signatory of the booking form is responsible for cancellation fees and will be determined by the following: -

     72 days or more - Loss of deposit
     Less than 72 days the full balance is payable.

Any alterations on weekend events carry a £20 Per Person Administration charge (we reserve the right to make that decision in all instances).

Foreign holidays will be charged at £50 p/p admin charge

For holidays and events where a room share option is available for single customers, we will not be held responsible for non compatability between sharing individuals.

Disruptive passengers and threatening or abusive behaviour

Whilst on holiday it is your responsibility to ensure that other guests and passengers are able to enjoy their holiday without disruption.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept a booking if we feel that person or persons may upset or cause problems to other customers or staff. We reserve the right to terminate your holiday should your behaviour whilst on a Holiday Rock event be that of a verbal or phisical threat to any staff or customers. Should this occur, refunds will not be payed under any circumstances. In accordance with International Law the Captain of the aircraft has authority over all passengers both whilst boarding and during the flight. The Captain may prevent you from boarding if you are considered unfit to do so, or if you pose a danger to the aircraft or the safety of your fellow passengers - this may arise if you are found to be drunk, abusive, use insulting words or threatening behaviour. In such circumstances the airline may deny boarding or divert to the nearest airport in order to offload you. In either case neither our Company nor the airline will be responsible for any refund, compensation or any other costs you may incur. In addition, we may seek compensation from you for any cost incurred as a result of your behaviour. It should be noted that disruption on board an aircraft is a criminal offence and you may be prosecuted.

Any person or persons causing damage to Hotel or event property will be charged in full, for all costs relating to the damage.

Holiday Rock are committed to providing the best service and Holidays. Should you wish to complain please see a Holiday Rock representative and should this not be sufficient you must write to Holiday Rock within fourteen days. All information will be held by Holiday Rock LTD as required by the Data Protections Act 1984/88. We will only use your details for the purpose of the holidays.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If we do amend these terms and conditions, the amended terms will be effective when posted on this website and you are deemed to have accepted the relevant changes.

Additional Terms

Additional terms and conditions may apply to reservations, purchases of goods and services and other uses of portions of this site, and you agree to abide by such other terms and conditions.
